Sales Service Advisor

Salary – £23,000 - £27,000 plus commission following a successful probation

The practice is looking for someone that is highly organized, proactive and that can multi-task. The role seeks for a candidate that is comfortable working within a team to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Lead generation through the management of      new-client and ex-client enquiries

• Managing prospective client accounts,      answering queries and promoting our services

• Managing and updating the internal CRM system      with accuracy and diligence

• Working towards converting leads into      customers.

• Managing the rapid growth of the company’s      online presence by producing and posting highly targeted marketing posts      and ensuring the up-to-date management of responses and interactions

• Problem-solving for individual client cases      benefiting from strong internal team dynamics and know-how in dealing with      the HMRC

• Chasing up contractors/clients via email, fax,      telephone and SMS for further business records/documents

• Liaising with various advertising agencies      with respect to bookings of adverts

• Marketing data analysis on a regular basis

• Agreeing tax refund figures with clients and      then submitting the tax returns to HMRC (online)

• Supporting the admin team with duties      including filing, scanning and processing of business records

• Attending to inbound and outbound calls as and      when required

• Attending to clients walking-in, ensuring      their needs are met and winning business for the company

The ideal candidate should:

· Be organised and efficient in their working patterns

· Be proficient in the use of MS Excel and Word

· Good Telephone manner

· Have excellent written and spoken English

· Possess a typing speed in excess of 40 wpm

Please also note that all training is given on the job, there is no requirement to hold any background knowledge in accounting/taxation, although it is advantageous.

An opportunity to study AAT/ACCA will be given to successful candidates that perform well on the job and show enthusiasm to learn.
